PROF. A.J AKUBO EMERGES SALEM UNIVERSITY NEW VICE-CHANCELLOR

The Governing Council of Salem University Nigeria has appointed Professor Alewo Johnson Akubo as the new Vice-Chancellor of the institution.

The appointment of Prof. Akubo as the new Vice-Chancellor of the University, was announced during the institution’s 17th Governing Council Meeting which held virtually in Abuja on Thursday January 16, 2021.

The appointment of Prof. Akubo as the new Vice-Chancellor followed the expiration of the tenure of Prof. Dorcas Oluwade, who was the third Vice-Chancellor of the institution.

Prof. Akubo is the 4th Vice-Chancellor of the University, and took over the leadership of the institution yesterday, January 18, 2021.
