Course Overview

The BSC Human Anatomy program is designed to provide students with comprehensive knowledge of the anatomical sciences through a world-class academic environment that fosters critical thinking, research competence, and professional excellence. The program integrates intellectual development with character formation and hands-on practical skills, preparing graduates to become highly skilled and ethically grounded professionals in anatomical and biomedical sciences.

Students will gain expertise in gross anatomy, histology, embryology, and neuroanatomy while developing research competence and professional skills necessary for impacting the fields of medicine, surgery, and biomedical innovation.

The Bachelor of Science in Human Anatomy is a comprehensive four-year undergraduate program spanning eight semesters of intensive study. Designed as a research-intensive degree program, students enter at the 200 level and engage in full-time academic pursuit throughout the duration of their studies.

The program follows a traditional two-semester academic calendar system, allowing students to build knowledge progressively while maintaining academic rigor. What sets this program apart is its emphasis on hands-on learning through specialized facilities including state-of-the-art cadaveric dissection laboratories and modern imaging facilities that provide students with unparalleled practical experience.

A distinctive feature of the program is the mandatory research project requirement, ensuring that graduates not only master theoretical knowledge but also develop critical research skills essential for advancement in anatomical sciences. The combination of traditional academic instruction with cutting-edge research opportunities prepares students for both immediate career entry and advanced academic pursuits.
