Business Administration PGD

Course Overview

Business Administration is the study of how organisations are established, managed, and developed to achieve their goals effectively and efficiently. The programme provides students with a broad understanding of business principles, management practices, organisational behaviour, entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, and strategic decision-making.

The programme equips students with the knowledge, practical skills, and professional competencies required to manage people, resources, operations, and business activities in both private and public-sector organisations. Students are exposed to contemporary business practices and develop their ability to identify opportunities, solve organisational problems, make informed decisions, and respond effectively to changes in the business environment.

Through lectures, case studies, practical exercises, research, and entrepreneurial activities, students develop leadership, communication, analytical, managerial, and problem-solving skills necessary for success in today’s competitive business environment.
