  4. Managerial Economics: Applies economic principles to business decision-making, covering market forces, competition, firm strategy, pricing, game theory, and economics of information.
  5. Management Problems & Solving: Focuses on analyzing managerial functions, communication, team building, production planning, quality control, and solving economic and operational problems.
  6. Corporate Management: Studies principles and practices of managing corporations, emphasizing leadership, governance, organizational structure, and operational effectiveness.
  7. International Business: Examines cross-border trade, international market entry strategies, globalization trends, and cultural intelligence in global business environments.

Entry Requirements

To be eligible for admission into the MBA programme at Salem University, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of five credit passes at ‘O’ Level including English and Mathematics.

  • A Bachelor’s degree with at least Second Class Lower Division from an approved university.

  • At least one year of relevant managerial or administrative experience.

  • Satisfactory performance in the university’s admission test and interview.

  • Demonstrated intellectual capacity, professionalism, maturity, and problem-solving ability.

  • Candidates with a Postgraduate Diploma (Upper Credit) from a recognized university may also be considered.

Additional requirements

Candidates applying for admission into the postgraduate programme shall satisfy the general University requirements in addition to providing the following:

  1. SSCE/NECO Result (Awaiting Result Accepted).
  2. Two Passport Photographs.
  3. Two reference letters from academicians.
  4. A Letter of Sponsorship, stating the commitment to pay the prescribed fees.
  5. A Reference Letter from a spiritual mentor, vouching for your character.
  6. Original certificates for sighting.
  7. National Identification Number (NIN)
